She was part of the initial patient-centricity change team in AZ leading on the delivery of many patient engagement and infrastructure activities. For the last 5 years she has been working at the interface between hospitals, charities, academia and pharma to deliver patient-centred solutions. Jenny was Chief Investigator of a clinical trial for a novel patient-engagement and tolerability device. She has also completed a post-graduate qualification in psychology and behaviour change, which has supported the delivery of a co-creation design lab within a busy hospital, and the consistent of robust value measures in patient work.
Jenny is married with 2 children. She enjoys wood turning, is an enthusiastic but terrible gardener, and is happiest when surrounded by her family.
